Draft for the client to review. It describes what the website actually does today. Check it before launch, and update it if anything else starts collecting data.

Who is responsible

The Footie Hub, Newton Rigg, Penrith, CA11 0AA (company number 17357484) is the data controller. Contact us at info@thefootiehub.co.uk.

When you book a pitch

Bookings are handled by LemonBooking, which acts as our processor. Your name, contact details and booking history are held in their system so we can manage the booking and take payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.

When you send an enquiry

The contact form sends us your name, email, any phone number you give, and your message, so that we can reply. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your question and any follow-up.

Registering your interest before we opened

If you emailed us to be told when we opened, we hold that email address for that purpose only, and we stop using it once you ask us to.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you. TBC: confirm the analytics choice before launch

Maps

The map on this site only loads when you click “Show map”. Until then, Google receives nothing about your visit.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within a month. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
